The data collected on the Website is provided by the User to whom it relates, by filling in forms available on the Website, booking a service, purchasing products, during contact by e-mail or telephone, and is also collected automatically by the IT system used by the Administrator during the User's visit to the Website.

Providing accurate personal data is voluntary and necessary to complete the transaction concluded through the Website or service.

a) selling services and goods, exchanges and returns, as well as handling the complaints procedure. The legal basis for processing in this case is Art. 6 Sec. 1 b) GDPR, which allows us to process the data necessary to perform the contract.
b) to the extent that your personal data is included in accounting documents, they will be processed by us for the purposes and within the limits resulting from the Accounting Act of 19 September 1994. The legal basis for processing in this case is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
c) We may also process your data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services. The legal basis for processing in this case is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which allows us to process data if this is necessary for purposes arising from our legitimate interests.
d) sending a newsletter (i.e. commercial information). The legal basis for processing in this case is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which allows us to process data based on your consent.
e) explanatory procedures, statistics and analyses aimed at improving the dissemination of the services and products offered. The processing of your data is necessary for our legitimate interests in continuously improving the distribution of our services and products, as well as for the convenience of using the services we offer or making purchases. The legal basis is Article 6.1 f) GDPR.
f) Processing may also be necessary for our legitimate interests in complying with a legal obligation or processing a complaint or warranty claim or improving the quality of our products or services. The legal basis is Article 6.1 section c) and section f) GDPR.
g) Preparation of a health questionnaire to assess the admissibility of providing a service. If qualification for a procedure or the processing of claims requires the processing of health-related information, we only process sensitive personal information for which we have received your consent or if this is necessary for the establishment, pursuit or defense of legal claims. The legal basis is Article 9.2 section a) and section f) GDPR.
